摘 要:目的对同一酒店、同一时间两起副溶血性弧菌食物中毒中分离到的副溶血性弧菌,采用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)进行同源性分析,为查明原因和溯源提供依据。方法对患者和食品中分离到的菌株进行分离鉴定、药敏试验、PFGE分子分型和聚类分析。结果两起食物中毒中共检出8株副溶血性弧菌,其中5株来自A组患者,2株来自B组患者,1株来自菜鱼饼样本。8株菌株经PFGE分子分型和聚类分析显示,按100%相似度可分2个基因型别,型别间同源性为70.8%。8株菌株的耐药状况也大致分为2大类,与PFGE分型结果一致。结论 2起食物中毒无相关性,为独立暴发,PFGE可有效应用于食物中毒溯源分析及分子流行病学研究。Objective Applying pulsed- field gelelectrophoresis( PFGE) to conduct homology analysis on Vibrio parahemolyticus isolated from two food poisoning events in the same restaurant,in order to provide evidence for the cause of the poisoning and tracing its origins. Methods The bacterial strain isolated from patients and food were conducted for isolation identification,drug susceptibility test,PFGE molecular typing and cluster analysis. Results 8 strains of Vibrio parahemolyticus were detected in these samples. 5 were from patients group A,2 were from patients group B,and 1 was from fish cake. PFGE molecular typing and cluster analysis indicated that the eight strains of Vibrio parahemolyticus can be divided into two genotypes based on100% similarity,and the similarity of these two genotypes was 70. 8%. The resistant condition of 8 strains was roughly divided into two major categories,which was consistent with the PFGE classification results. Conclusion The two food poisoning events were caused by different clonal Vibrio parahemolyticus,without correlation. PFGE can be used in the source tracing and molecular epidemiological study of food poisoning.
