程天民军事医学教育思想及其启示

摘　　要：在梳理程天民军事医学教育思想发展轨迹的基础上,系统归纳了包括军医大学办学理念、人才培养、学科建设、教学、科研及管理的军事医学教育思想体系.该体系以发展军事医学作为核心主题,教育思想内容全面、层次清晰、相互联系,具有方向性、结构性和整体性,回答了为何办学、如何办学等关键问题.程天民作为军医大学校长所具有的成熟品质是其教育思想形成发展的内在渊源,而其能够成功实践的关键在于始终坚持了“以质量取胜、以特色取胜”这一富有特色的军事医学教育思想.Following the development track of Cheng Tianmin＇s ideas on military medical education,this paper summarizes the educational ideology involving university-management concept,cultivation of students,discipline construction,teaching,research and means of management.Being characterized by comprehensiveness,logic and clarity,and taking developing military medicine as its theme,this ideology answers the pivotal questions of why and how to educate.It is believed that Cheng tianmin＇s ideas on military medical education stem from his mature character as a former president of the Third Military Medical University,and the successful practice of these ideas is attributed to adherence to the concept of ＂Win with quality and characteristics ＂.
