基于全人教育思想的大学生综合素质评价方案的设计

摘　　要：全人教育作为当代教育发展的趋势,涉及对教育的根本认识,倡导学生应该在健全人格基础上的全面发展.本文从全人教育视角,通过对大学生综合素质评价发展的现状分析,阐释北京大学医学部正在推行的新的学生综合素质评价方案的设计思路、内容和使用方法,并对综合素质评价方案的发展进行思考与展望.该方案全面关注医学教育的宗旨、理念和方法,引导师生不仅关注专业课程的学习,而且更要注重健全人格的养成、思想品行的塑造和创新思维的培养.这不仅是评价方法的调整,更重要的在于强调了以学生为本的原则,是从医学教育标准的视角引入了科学的评价方法,以此对大学生的综合素质评价工作提出新思路.The holistic education theory as the current tendency,probes into the fundamental understanding of the education and advocates the all-round development of the students.The study aims to expound the design idea,content,method and the reflection,through analyzed the present situation of evaluation of comprehensive quality of university students,based on the holistic education theory.The evaluation focus on the purpose,idea and method of medical education,and guides students to pay much attention to their comprehensive development,character building and innovative thinking cultivation except the scores.The evaluation is not only an adjustment of evaluation method,but also a scientific,innovative view based on the people-oriented and the standard of medical education.
