摘  要:目的 探索以团队为基础学习结合传统教学方法在神经病学教学中的应用效果.方法 选取大连医科大学2010级临床医学专业本科2个班61名学生为研究对象,其中一个班30名学生为实验组,另一个班31名学生为对照组.实验组采用以团队为基础学习结合传统教学方法,对照组采用传统教学方法,分析比较两组学生学习结束后的考试成绩和问卷调查结果.结果 实验组学生的考试成绩优于对照组学生(x2=7.623,P=0.022),实验组学生比对照组学生表现出更大的学习兴趣,并且更积极、更自信.结论 与传统教学方法相比,以团队为基础学习结合传统教学方法有助于提高神经病学教学效果.Objective To explore and summarize the application of team-based learning (TBL) combined with lecture-based learning(LBL) methods in neurology teaching.Methods Two classes from grade 2010 undergraduate clinical medicine in Dalian Medical University were selected.One class was trial group(n=30),and the other was control group(n=31).TBL+LBL methods were used in trial group while the simple LBL method was used in the control group.Test and questionnaire were then conducted and the results were compared.Also the effect of TBL + LBL methods was discussed.Results The score distribution in trial group was prior to that of control group (x2 =7.623,P =0.022).The trial group students showed greater interest in learning,more active and more confident than the control group students (P〈0.01).Conclusions TBL+LBL methods obtain a better effect than simple LBL in clinical teaching of Neurology.
