摘　　要：从2010年起,上海市招收临床医学硕士专业学位研究生（住院医师）.本文以2011年入学的三年制临床医学硕士专业学位研究生与同年入学的临床医学硕士专业学位研究生（住院医生）为研究对象,分别设立实验组和对照组,通过比较两组学生的培养模式、课程设置、临床考试成绩和学术水平,对临床医学硕士专业学位研究生（住院医师）的培养质量进行了分析和研究.The postgraduates of professional degree in clinical medicine（resident） were enrolled in 2010.The objects of the study were postgraduates of professional degree in clinical medicine and postgraduates of professional degree in clinical medicine（resident） who were enrolled in 2011.Those postgraduates were set up as experimental group and control group.The study compared their training model,curriculum provision and examination of clinical skills.The study also compared the amount of academic papers and quality of their thesis between them.The training quality of postgraduate professional degree in clinical medicine（resident） was analysised through these comparsions.
