摘 要:目的 尝试对美国本科护士培训项目的认证标准进行文化调适,形成我国本科护士入职培训的认证标准,从而为我国本科护士的入职培训提供借鉴.方法 调研我国本科护士培训的现状,结合对本科护士的访谈结果修订本科护士培训项目初稿,征询临床护理师资意见后修订形成标准草案,运用德尔菲法,对我国本科护士入职培训项目标准开展3轮专家函询,进行草案的修订,最终形成试用稿.结果 修订完成了中国本科护士入职培训项目的认证标准(试行),包括组织承诺和资源、师资、课程及项目有效性4个领域.结论 该标准结合我国国情进行了调适,避免了照搬全抄,以期达到促进我国本科护士培养的标准化和国际化的进程.Objective To make cultural adaptation of standards for accreditation of postbaccalaureate programs and to supply references for baccalaureate nursing training in China.Methods A draft Chinese standards for accreditation of post-baccalaureate programs was developed by investigating the training status of baccalaureate nurses in China,interviewing training needs with baccalaureate nurses and inquiry about opinions from clinical teachers.Then,the standards were revised on the results of three rounds of Delphi.Results Chinese standards for accreditation of post-baccalaureate programs were formed,which were composed of 4 elements including institutional commitment and resources,program faculty,curriculum,program effectiveness.Conclusions The adapted standards is not only suitable for the status in China,but also promote the progress of standardize and internationalism of baccalaureate nurse training in China.
