摘　　要：目的探讨患者对护士照护行为的感知是否会影响其对护士角色的认知。方法 2012年6—11月,对468例符合条件的住院患者进行调查,采用护士照护行为量表、护士角色认知测量工具,分别调查患者对护士照护行为的感知和对护士角色的认知。结果患者对护士角色认知水平各维度均与患者对护士照护行为的感知各维度均呈正相关(P<0.01)。患者形成护士角色认知的影响因素包括:影响患者对护士职业自律性认知的因素为:护士服务的连续性(B=0.369)、健康状况(B=1.407)、既往住院经历(B=1.452);影响患者对护士职业形象定位认知的因素为服务的连续性(B=0.257)、健康状况(B=1.117)、既往住院经历(B=1.042);影响患者对护士职业素养认知的因素为服务的连续性(B=0.186)、健康状况(B=0.688)、既往住院经历(B=0.878)、是否有过冲突经历(B=0.637)。结论为促进患者对护士角色的积极评价,护士应保证服务的连续性、关注患者的健康状况和既往的就医经历,进而有益于建立良好的护患关系。Objective To explore the influence of patients’ perception of caring behavior on their cognition of nurse’ role. Methods A total of 468 hospitalized patients were investigated with nurse caring behavior scale and nurse role cognition measuring tool from June to November 2012 for patients’ perception of nurses’ caring behavior and their recognition on nurses’ role. Results There was positive relationship between patients’ recognition on nurses’ role and patients’ perception of nurses’ caring behavior （P〈0.01）. Factors exerting influence on patients’ recognition on nurses’ professional self-discipline included continuity of care （B=0.369）, health status （B=1.407） and hospitalization history （B=1.452） and those exerting influence on patients’ recognition on patients’ recognition on nurses’ professional role orientation included continuity of care （B=0.257）, health status （B=1.117）, hospitalization history （B=1.042）. Factors influencing patients’ recognition on nurses’ professional quality cognition included continuity of care （B=0.186）, health status （B=0.688）, hospitalization history （B=0.878） and with conflicts or not （B=0.637）. Conclusion The continuity of care, patients’ health status and hospitalization history contribute to patients’ positive evaluation of nurses’ role, which in turn, benefits the good patient-nurse relationship.
