摘　　要：课程是高职教育人才培养的基本载体,培养目标确定之后,课程就是决定因素。《PLC控制技术》课程作为机电类专业技术平台课程,所支撑的岗位群主要是工业自动化设备运行与管理岗、自动化生产线安装与调试岗、自动化生产线运行与维护岗。以岗位及岗位群的任职要求为逻辑起点进行该课程开发,以项目为载体实施"教学训做评"一体化教学,收到较好成效。The courses are basic carrier for talent cultivation of higher vocational education. After determination of the cultivating objective, courses will become the decisive factors. PLC Control Technology course is a technical platform course. Its development regards the employment requirements of post and post group courses as the logistic starting point and it is implemented through the integrated teaching of ＂teaching, learning, training, doing, and evaluating＂with the carrier of project.
