摘 要:绩效反馈模型是组织决策和组织学习的经典模型。本文探析和述评了近十年来绩效反馈模型的最新研究进展,包括过往绩效反馈如何对管理决策产生直接影响和权变影响,多维度绩效反馈如何影响管理决策,以及未来绩效预期如何影响管理决策。本文还对未来研究机会进行了展望。Performance feedback model is a classic model of organizational decision making and organizational learning. This paper reviews on the frontier research of performance feedback model in recent ten years. We first explore managerial decisions influenced directly by performance feedback. There are two trends observed with regard to the direct influence. On one hand, with the emerging managerial practices, scholars explore new fields of managerial decisions, such as internationalization, acquisitions and mergers, and financial misrepresentation, which could be affected by performance feedback. On the other hand, the relationship between performance feedback and managerial decisions stays controversial even after empirically studying a number of times. This leads to the second part of this review. To further reveal the relationship between performance feedback and managerial decisions, different contingency factors at organizational level and at environmental level have been examined. Contingency factors at organizational level having been examined include internal resource stock, governance structure, and characteristics of CEO and TMT. It is worth mentioning that the role of internal resource stock is critical to the relationship between performance feedback and managerial decisions, yet not concluded. Contingency factors at environmental level having been examined include cluster environment characteristics, external capital market characteristics, general environmental characteristics, such as dynamism and munificence, and also institutional environment characteristics. Both domestic and western scholars have examined how distinct institutional environments affect the relationship between performance feedback and managerial decisions. After exploring the relationship between performance feedback and managerial decisions, recent studies start to investigate how performance feedbacks along multiple goal dimensions affect managerial decisions independently and interactively.
