摘　　要：共同治理模式是高校治理结果的必然选择,学生、教师和行政管理部门是高校的核心利益相关者,这些群体之间应有充分的沟通,并为学校的发展共同努力。充分保障学生参与教师教学评价权,是现代大学进行民主协商、共同管理的必然要求,也是促进高等教育教学水平不断提高的重要手段。The co-governance model is the inevitable choice of university governance results. Being the core stakeholders of the university, students, teachers and administrative departments should have sufficient communication and make joint efforts for the development of the university together. Fully guaranteeing the right of students to participate in the evaluation of teachers＇ teaching, is the inevitable requirement of modern university of democratic consultation, co-management, and also an important means to improve the level of the higher education.
