基于就业导向的高职学生英语技能个人需求分析——以广东理工职业学院为例

摘　　要：在"以服务为需求、以就业为导向"两大方针的指导下,高职英语教学的需求分析显得尤为必要。通过对高职非英语专业学生和英语专业学生的问卷调查,运用统计学软件分析数据,了解两类高职学生的英语学习现状与对英语技能学习的个人需求现状;根据分析结果,提出高职英语教学改进建议,最终达到提升高职学生就业时英语竞争力的目的。Under the guidelines of ＂service-oriented＂ and ＂employment-oriented＂ concepts, needs analysis is of great importance to English teaching in vocational colleges. With the help of statistic software, the authors conducted two questionnaires to investigate English learning status and personal needs for learning English skills among non-English majors and English majors in a vocational college. Based on the results, proposals are put forward to foster English competitiveness in job hunting.
