摘　　要：主要从培养条件及生长条件研究一株乳酸菌SR6 DPPH自由基清除率的影响因素。结果表明,碳源、氮源和生长因子是主要影响因素。菌株SR6影响因素:碳源>氮源>番茄汁>乳糖。A study on culture conditions and growth conditions of the one strain of lactic acid bacteria SR6 DPPH free radical scavenging effect factors was studied. The results showed that carbon source, nitrogen source and growth factor is the main influencing factor. Factors effect on strain SR6： Carbon source〉nitrogen source〉tomato juice〉lactose.
