摘 要:为了减少核电应急柴油发电机组的开发时间及成本,并满足核电应急柴油发电机组的多种变负荷加载的仿真计算,建立了基于GT-power与Matlab/Simulink的联合仿真环境,并在此基础上根据核电站反应堆安全停堆的负荷特性建立了某柴油发电机组的瞬态仿真模型,提出了核电应急柴油发电机组调速系统的增量式PID控制方案,进行了柴油机突加、突减负载的瞬态仿真计算,预测了柴油机在加载过程中的转速、喷油量、齿条位置等参数的变化。将仿真计算的结果与MAN公司的仿真结果进行了对比分析,对比结果表明所建立的联合仿真模型具有一定的准确性及良好的动态特性。In order to reduce the development time and costs,and to meet the demands of simulation for variable load loading of nuclear emergency diesel generator sets,a co-simulation environment based on GT-power and Matlab / Simulink is built,which is the basis of the establishment for the transient simulation model of a diesel engine according to load characteristics of the nuclear power plant reactor safety shutdown,and the incremental PID control scheme of nuclear emergency diesel generator sets in the speed control system is presented at the same time. The change of parameters such as rotation speed,fuel injection quantity and the rack position is predicted through the simulation of loading on the diesel engine at different times,and the comparison between calculation results and MAN Diesel and Turbo illustrates that this simulation model is practicable and good in dynamic characteristics.
