摘　　要：教学技能是教师的必备技能。双导师制教学技能训练体系,是提高教学技能训练针对性与实效性的有效方法;该体系界定了教学技能训练体系的目标、内容与要求,建构了"嵌入课堂教学"、"课外活动"、"教育实践(见习、实习)"等三种双导师制操作模式,提出了双导师制的运行条件与机制。Teaching skill is an indispensable skill for teachers.Dual tutorial system of teaching skill training system is proved to be an effective may for improving the pertinence and effectiveness of teaching skill training.This system defines the objectives,contents and requirements of science inquiry teaching skill training,constructs three kinds of double mentor operation mode such as embedded in the classroom teaching,extracurricular activities,education practice（including educational probation,educational practice）,and puts forward the running condition and mechanism of dual tutorial system.
