摘  要:随着教师专业化发展研究的不断深入,加强师范教育实践的呼声也越来越高。中国地方师范院校小学教育专业,要借鉴美国职前教师教育实践培训模式,推广多次见习、分期实习的教育实践改革方向;要制定和完善师范院校、实习学校双方指导教师的资质标准和职责要求;要建立由师范院校、小学和地方教育行政部门三方共同管理小学教育专业实践的制度;要加强院校合作、稳定实践基地、增加师范生临床实践体验,探索以教育实践为中心的小学教师教育课程体系。With more research on teacher professional development,the call for more emphasis on field experience of preservice teachers has become intense.With reference to the field experience models of U.S.pre-service teacher education program,approaches to improving the field experience of Chinese elementary teacher education program at local normal universities are explored which include further promoting multiple field experience;designing and specifying more rigorous criteria and responsibilities for university and site supervisors;establishing triadic leadership over field experience by universities,schools and local educational administration;developing university-school partnership;maintaining and expanding sites for field experience;increasing clinical experience of pre-service teachers,as well as exploring field-based teacher education curriculum.
