功能对等视域下《道德经》的数词英译

摘　　要：《道德经》使用了丰富的数词,这些数词匠心独运,对体现《道德经》文化精髓起到了巨大的作用。从奈达的功能对等翻译标准视角对林语堂的译本进行研究,可探索《道德经》数词深厚的哲学含义和中国传统文化内涵以及哲学典籍与韵文哲理诗数词英译的策略。Many numerals are inventively used in the Tao Te Ching. They help to fully reflect the cultural essence of this classical philosophic work. Through studying Lin Yutang＇s translation version from the perspective of Nida＇s Functional Equivalence,this paper explores numerals＇ philosophical meaning and cultural connotation,and further puts forward strategies for C-E numerals translation of philosophical texts and poetry.
