中国高校外宣翻译研究述评

摘　　要：中国高校英文网页是向海外学者、教育及研究机构和有意来中国高校深造的留学生展示学校教学和科研水平的重要窗口。从指导理论和研究方法两方面对中国高校外宣翻译研究现状进行述评,分析归纳高校外宣材料翻译中存在的失误,在宏观层面上提出翻译策略,可由此总结研究经验,指出现有研究的不足,并对中国高校外宣翻译研究做出展望。The English websites of Chinese universities are important platforms for overseas institutions of education and research,scholars and students to obtain information about education status and research degree of Chinese universities,and thus English websites play a dominant role in further expanding exchanges and cooperation between Chinese universities and overseas institutions of education and research. The translations of the profiles of Chinese universities on their websites,however,are of low quality. Therefore,this paper presents a general overview of the previous studies and provides new insights into the research on C-E translation of the profiles on the websites of Chinese universities.
