摘　　要："双师型"师资队伍建设是培养社会所需要的应用型人才的关键,也是职业教育教师队伍建设的主要方向。目前"双师型"教师队伍建设中出现了教师整体结构不合理、教师证书与能力不匹配、教师对专业发展认识不清等问题。针对以上问题,要从教师、学校、国家三方面进行改进。＂Double type＂ teacher team construction is the key to cultivating applied talents the society needs, and also the main direction of vocational education teacher team construction. At present in the construction of ＂double type＂ teachers some problems appear. The overall structure of teachers is not reasonable, teacher＇s certificate does not conform to ability, the teachers＇ understanding of the professional development is not clear. To solve these problems, it needs to improve from teachers, school, and the nation three aspects.
