摘  要:课堂教学技能是教学能力的核心,过硬的课堂教学技能是师范生站稳三尺讲台的信心基础,亦是其教师专业成长的起点和路径。当前师范生课堂教学技能存在教学设计个体失语、教学操作基本规范把握不到位、新课程教学落实形式主义、"导学"能力严重不足等问题。基于对问题原因的深入分析,本文试图从"素色教学"、观课议课、一线教师指导上课悟课和强化教师教育者的新课程影响力等角度去探讨问题解决的路径。The Classroom teaching skill is the core skill among all the pedagogical skills. Solid classroom teach- ing skill is the foundation for normal school students to build their confidence on the platform and also the starting point of their professional growth as well. Currently, there are some problems with classroom teaching skills of nor- mal school students: individual aphasis taking place in the teaching design; grasping basis teaching rules insufficient- ly; being formalistic when carrying out the new course teaching; showing low capacity in the learning plan guiding, etc. Based on deep analysis, this thesis explores some new paths for solution: plain teaching, classroom observation and assessment, school teachers" guiding when normal school students" apprehending the lesson and implementing their teaching practice, and strengthening the significant influence from new course teaching.
