摘 要:教师实践智慧的获得是教师专业化实践价值取向的体现。《教育部关于大力推进教师教育课程改革的意见》和《教师教育课程标准(试行)》文件的出台,为教师教育课程的改革和教师的培养指明了方向。职前教师实践智慧的养成,可通过培养教师的自主发展意识、主动建构个人教育理论、自觉学习教师的实践智慧等内部因素去加强;同时通过教学改革实践课程,突出教育实践课程、加强教育实践环节,发挥专家型教师的引领作用等外部因素去改革。Teachers practical wisdom acquired the embodiment of the value orientation is teachers 'professional practice.
