摘　　要：教师实践智慧的获得是教师专业化实践价值取向的体现。《教育部关于大力推进教师教育课程改革的意见》和《教师教育课程标准(试行)》文件的出台,为教师教育课程的改革和教师的培养指明了方向。职前教师实践智慧的养成,可通过培养教师的自主发展意识、主动建构个人教育理论、自觉学习教师的实践智慧等内部因素去加强;同时通过教学改革实践课程,突出教育实践课程、加强教育实践环节,发挥专家型教师的引领作用等外部因素去改革。Teachers practical wisdom acquired the embodiment of the value orientation is teachers ＇professional practice. The ministry of education on the opinions of the vigorously promotes the reform of teacher education curriculum ＂and＂teacher education curriculum standard（ trial） ＂file,for the cultivation of teacher education curriculum reform and pointing out the direction. The formation of pre-service teachers＇ practical wisdom,by cultivating teachers＇ self-development consciousness,can actively construct personal education theory,conscientiously study the practice of teachers to strengthen the internal factors such as wisdom,Through the teaching reform practice course at the same time,the outstanding education practice curriculum,strengthening education practice,technocrat play the leading role of teachers and other external factors to the reform.
