摘　　要：粉状乳制品货架期对生产企业和消费者都是非常重要的,货架期是产品质量保证的一个重要指标。介绍了粉状乳制品货架期分析常用方法,重点介绍了以温度为基础的Arrhenius货架期预测模型,为粉状乳制品货架期研究及生产实际中应用提供必要的参考。The shelf-life of powder dairy products is very important for manufacturers and consumers; It is one of the most important indicators of product quality. Introduce the shelf-life analysis methods of powder dairy products, focus on the Arrhenius model which is a temperature-based shelf-life prediction model, and provides insight into the shelf-life research and applications in practical production.
