摘  要:建立了微波消解一电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(微波消解-ICP-OES),测定水果罐头中的锡。对微波消解条件和ICP—OES-T-作条件进行了优化分析,结果表明,方法在0.05-5.0mg/L范围内线性关系良好(r〉0.9999),检出限为0.050mg/kg;在加标量为20,40和80mg/kg三个水平下的回收率为95.5%/~102.5%,准确度较高,精密度试验中1KSD为1.91%,精密度良好;将新方法与国家标准方法(GB/T5009.16—2003)进行比对,二者结果一致,进一步验证了新方法的准确性。因此,该方法操作简单、线性范围宽、准确度高,适用于罐头中锡的测定。Establish the microwave digestion-Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (microwave digestion-ICP-OES) method for determination of tin in canned fruits. The condition of microwave digestion and working conditions of ICP-OES were optimized. The results showed that this method had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.05~5.0 mg/L (r〉0.999 9) and the detection limit of tin was 0.050 mg/kg. The average spike recoveries at 3 replicates of 20, 40 and 80 mg/kg varied fi'om 95.5% to 102.5% with the high accuracy. The precision of method was well with relative standard deviations (RSD) of 1.91%. To compare the new method and the national standard method for determination of tin, the results were consistent. Consequently, the new method was demonstrated to be applicable with simple operation, wide linear range and high accuracy for determination of tin in canned fruit.
