校企合作背景下高职思想政治教育工作创新研究

摘　　要：校企合作背景下,学生的思想政治教育工作由于环境变化、学生认知、校企衔接等因素出现了一些新的问题,针对这些问题提出加强学生行为管理和职业道德教育,加强校企融合、发挥企业思想政治教育主体作用,搭建网络平台、创新高职院校开展思想政治教育形式等举措。Under the background of cooperation between colleges and enterprises,some new prob-lems appear in students＇ideological and political education due to factors such as environmental change,students＇cognition,cohesion between colleges and enterprises and so on.In view of these problems,innovation measures are put forward in order to strengthen the management of students＇behavior and professional moral education,enhance university-enterprise cooperation, give play to the main role of enterprise ideological and political education,set up network plat-form,innovate ideological and political education form.in higher vocational colleges.
