体验式教育视角下高职学生党员职业价值观培育的设计与评估

摘  要:在高职教育领域开展职业价值观教育,需要以高职学生群体的特质为出发点,以回归职业情境或活动为背景。基于体验式教育视角,课题组以30名高职学生党员为研究对象,进行了6次系统的职业价值观训练和辅导活动。通过效果评估发现,体验式团体辅导模式符合高职学生心理特点,有助于将符合现代职业需要的价值取向内化为学生的职业信念和目标,有利于在学生群体中发挥学生党员的典型示范作用,引领青年学生的职业价值观培树。Carrying out the vocational values education needs to start from the characteristics of higher vocational students,and be based on the background of professional situations or activities. Under the perspective of experiential education,the research team selected thirty higher vocational student Party members as the research objects,and made scientific training and coaching of occupational values activities six times. The evaluation results found that experiential group coaching model conforms to the higher vocational students' psychological characteristics. It can help the value orientation conforming to the modern professional needs convert into the students' professional beliefs and goals, and help to play student Party member's typical demonstration role in the student group,lead young students' vocational values cultivation.
