摘　　要：由于企业联盟内外部的各种知识共享活动而形成了企业联盟知识共享网络。企业联盟知识共享网络是技术网络、知识资源网络和人际关系网络的有机结合,并因知识共享活动的推动而不断发展演化,其演化基础是知识共享网络的相对稳定性和开放性等,其演化机理呈现为沿空间维的协同共生现象、沿时间维的动态调节现象、沿知识共享能力维的集成优化现象。The knowledge sharing network based on enterprise alliance is formed due to the various knowledge sharing activi- ties of enterprise alliance. Knowledge sharing network based on enterprise alliance is an organic combination of technological net- work, knowledge resources network and personal network, which continuously develop based on the promotion of knowledge sharing activities. The basis of the evolution is the relative stability and open feature of knowledge sharing network. The evolution mechanism presents as the collaboration phenomenon along the spatial dimension, the dynamic adjusting phenomenon along the time dimension and the integrated optimization phenomenon along the knowledge sharing ability dimension.
