摘　　要：CDIO工程教育模式是世界工程教育改革的发展方向,它以培养学生工程基础知识和个人能力为主要目标,强调理论知识与实践的有机结合。本文主要以CDIO工程教育理念为核心,从构思、设计、实现、运作四个方面探讨航空公司运行管理课程专题化改革,使其理论知识与实践能力较好地结合,从而提高学生主动积极性,改进教学效果。CDIO engineering education model is the development direction of world engineer- ing education reform, which focuses on cultivating the students＇ engineering knowledge and personal ability and emphasizing the application of these theoretical knowledge. This paper, taking the CDIO engineering education idea as the core, explores the reformation research on airlines＇ operation control from conception, design, implementation and operation with the purpose of improving both the stu- dents＇ initiatives and the teachers＇ teaching efficiency.
