高职院校教师信息化素能发展的现状与路径探索

摘　　要：在当前信息化大发展的背景下,教育与信息的融合发展已成为大势所趋,教育信息化成为当今热门话题。特别是在职业教育领域,高职院校教师信息化素质与能力已经成为衡量高职院校教育教学改革质量与成效的标准之一,提高教师信息化素能对于增强高职院校的竞争力具有不可替代的作用。结合信息化时代的特点分析信息化环境对高职院校教师的要求,总结归纳出高职院校教师信息化素能发展的现状,并根据现状提出高职院校教师信息化素能发展的解决路径。The integration of information technology into teaching comes as a result of IT development. Thus, education technology has become a hot subject of research, especially among higher vocational colleges. The level of teachers＇ tech skills has been made one of the criteria to evaluate the quality and effect of colleges＇ teaching reform. To enhance college＇s competitiveness, we have to improve teacher＇s tech skills. The paper analyzes the necessary competence of higher college teacher in information age, studies the latest development of the teacher＇s tech skills and comes up with strategy on improving the skills.
