摘 要:"陈希夷二十四节气坐功"是明代以来较为流行的中国传统的导引体操功法。宋代文献《太初元气接要保生之论》中的导引体操功法应为其雏形,明代弘治、正德年间铁峰所编《保生心鉴》中的"太清二十四气水火聚散图"又为其最早善本。"陈希夷二十四节气坐功"冠以"陈希夷"的名号最早见于明代高濂的《遵生八笺》,《保生心鉴》本中的该功法不仅具有原理完备、内容丰富、行文规范等特征,还完善了将导引体操功法与24节气相配伍的创编范式。"Cben Xiyi' s 24-Solar-Term SiRing Exercise" is a popular tradition Daoyin exercise since Ming Dynasty. The literature Gist of Taichu Vigor and Health Building ( Taichu Yuanqi Jieyao Baosheng Zhi gun) in Song Dynasty is considered to be the origin of the exercise, and Tiefeng, the Buddhist living in the years Hongzhi and Zhengde of Ming Dynasty, wrote the book Reflections on Health Building (Baosheng Xinjian ) , based on the book Comprehensive History of Sages' Health Building (Shengxian Baoxiu Tongjian ), in which Taiqing 24-Solar-Term Water-Fire Meeting-Parting Illustration is the earliest edition. The 24-Solar-Term Sitting Exercise, which is called Chen' s creation, is earliest seen in Gaolian' s Eight Parts of Health Building (Zunsheng Ba Jian). Chert Xiyi' s daoyin exercise is characteristic of complete theory, rich content and standard language. Apart from that, it has improved the pattern of collecting Daoyin exercise with the 24 Solar Terms.
