CBI的教学模式对医学院校专业英语的分析

摘　　要：本文对CBI的三种基本教学模式进行了研究分析,结果发现我国医学英语教学中采用比较多的是第一种模式即主题依托模式,其次是第二种模式即专业内容依托模式,而采用第三种模式即辅助式教学模式的比较少,而这后两种教学模式均有很多可取之处,为医学英语教学改革提供了思路和研究的方向。我们相信,CBI三种教学模式的有效实施都将会对医学英语的教学产生很好的教学效果,为提高医学生的专业素质和医学英语应用能力做出贡献。This paper makes an analysis on the three basic models of content- based instruction（ CBI）,finding that the majority of medical colleges and universities in our country adopted the theme-based instruction model in medical English teaching,a few utilized the sheltered subject-matter instruction model and few used the adjunct instruction model. The latter two,however,are also advisable and provide medical English teaching with new ideas and areas of research. We believe that the effective actualization of the three basic models of CBI would have positive effects on medical English teaching and contribute a lot to the enhancement of medical students＇ medical qualification and their medical English applying capability.
