摘　　要：遵循客观性、可行性、适应性以及综合性的原则,以黑龙江省体育学硕士研究生教学质量评价体系的内部因素与外部因素以及综合因素的构建为主要研究内容,运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、对比分析等方法,对黑龙江省体育学硕士研究生的教学质量进行系统的分析与研究。各高校应根据自身的实际师资力量以及教学特点,针对性的发挥教学优势,优化教学质量评价体系的内部因素与外部因素以及综合因素。依靠黑龙江省高校本土资源优势,培养出适应社会需要的综合应用型体育人才,以提高体育学硕士研究生培养的质量。Follow the principles of objectivity, feasibility and adaptability and comprehensiveness, constructing the internal and external factors, and comprehensive factors of teaching quality evaluation system of physical education master in Heilongjiang province as the main studying contents, by using the methods of literature, expert interviews, comparative analysis and other methods, systemically analyze and study on the teaching quality of physical education master in Heilongjiang provincia. Colleges and university should produce teaching strengths to the point based on own actual teaching staff and teaching characteristics, optimize the the internal and external factors, and comprehensive factors of teaching quality evaluation system. Depending on the advantages of local resources in Heilongjiang province, cultivate the comprehensive applied sports talents to meet the needs of the society, in order to improve the training quality of graduate students.
