摘  要:自我发展力于教师专业成长是不容小觑的动力源,由信仰力、学习力、转换力三大驱动力构成。其中信仰力是教师专业成长的内在基因,它折射了教师对教育教学事业的尊崇;学习力是教师专业成长的持续动能,是应对信息时代知识碎片化危机的锦囊;转换力是教师专业成长的适应法门,也是顺应教育改革浪潮的题中之义。To teachers professional development,self-developing ability is the power source that cannot be underestimated, which is composedof three major driving forces, namely faith power, learning ability, and conversion force. Among these factors, faith power is the inherent factor of teachers professional development, which reflects the respect to the education course; learning ability is the driving force of teachers professional growth, and also very important when dealing with the knowledge fragment crisis in information era; conversion force is the adaptation method of teachers" professional development and also the meaning of conforming to education reform.
