摘 要:采用无机陶瓷膜过滤技术处理食用油脂碱炼废水,并将处理后的废水应用于大豆毛油脱胶工艺中,通过单因素试验及响应面试验对脱胶条件进行优化,确定大豆毛油水化脱胶的最佳工艺条件为:陶瓷膜处理后的废水添加量2.5%,搅拌速度100r/min,脱胶温度70℃,脱胶时间75min。在最佳脱胶条件下,脱磷率达到97.40%。The alkali refining wastewater produced by edible oils refining was treated with inorganic ce- ramic membrane filtration technology, then was used for hydrated degumming process of crude soybean oil. Based on the single factor experiments, response surface experiments were used to optimize the hy- drated degumming conditions. The results showed that the optimal hydrated degumming conditions were as follows: treated wastewater dosage 2.5% ( on the basis of crude soybean mass ), stirring speed 100 r/min, reaction temperature 70℃, reaction time 75 min. Under the optimal conditions, the dephos- phorization rate was 97.40%.
