摘　　要：为了更好地实现中等职业教育和高等职业教育衔接,本文以辽宁机电职业技术学院为例,采用调查法和分析法,从岗位分析、教学目标、课程内容选取、教学内容组织与安排等方面进行了详细的设计,实现课程衔接,培养适应经济社会发展需要的高端技能型人才.In order to better integrate the secondary vocational education with higher vocational education, this paper takes Liaoning Mechatronics College as an example to investigate and analyze in detail several teaching aspects such as future jobs, teaching objectives, course content and school curriculum. More highly skilled talents can thus be cultivated to meet the demands of the economic and social development.
