论新时期高校师德建设的有效途径

摘　　要：文章分析了新时期高校师德建设的紧迫性,阐述了师德的内涵以及师德建设的基本要求,提出了创新新时期高校师德建设的对策:政策导向和监督约束机制是保障,更新教书育人的理念是核心,提升教师的人格魅力是关键,解决教师的实际困难是保证,借鉴传播媒介拓宽师德建设的渠道是补充.This paper analyses the urgency of the college teachers ethics construction in new period, elaborates the content of the ethics and basic requirements for its construction, and presents the creative strategies for the existing construction tasks i. e.. to stick to the principles by following the policies and running the supervision and restraint system ;to highlight the quality by renovating the teaching ideas ; to focus the key point by improving teachers＇ charm of personality;to guarantee the construction performance by resolving teachers＇ practical difficulties, and to support the process by adding new construction channel via communications media.
