民办幼儿园教师专业身份的困境与建构

摘  要:民办幼儿园教师专业身份的建构是影响其专业化水平和民办幼儿园竞争实力的重要因素。当前,民办幼儿园教师面临专业身份受到歧视、专业自主权受到限制、专业身份意识迷茫等困境。为此,相关部门应保障民办幼儿园教师的专业地位,建立多层次的教师培训体系;民办园管理者应适度放权,提升教师专业自主权;幼儿教师应注重对自身专业意识的培养,提升其专业身份的认同感等,从而促进民办幼儿园教师专业身份的建构,实现其专业价值。Construction of non-governmental kindergarten teachers' professional identity is an important factor which affects teachers' own professionalism and competitiveness of the kindergartens. Today teachers in non-governmental kindergartens are faced with many difficukies such as the discrimination of professional identity, restrictions of professional autonomy and confusion of professional identity, etc. therefore, relevant departments are supposed to guarantee the professional status of non-governmental kindergartens, build multi-level teacher training system. Managers of kindergartens are supposed to decentralize, enhance teachers' professional autonomy. Teachers should pay attention to the cultivation of their own professional awareness and enhance their professional identity, which may promote the construction of their professional identity, realize their professional value.
