摘 要:教育实习是幼儿师范教育过程中重要教育教学环节,也是幼儿师范教学计划组成部分之一。M幼儿师范学校幼教联盟是基于现代学徒制理论建立的幼师教育实习模式,在幼儿师范学校与周边幼儿园之间搭建优势互补、互惠共赢的合作平台,是新形势下打破行政壁垒,强化校、园联系,实现资源共享的创新之举。联盟单位之间通过教学业务合作、师资联合培养、幼教课题研究等方式加强交流与合作,促进师资水平、保教质量、科研水平和办学效益的共同提高。Education practice is the important education teaching link in the process of preschool teacher education. It is one part of preschool teachers' teaching plan too. Modern apprenticeship is a kind of traditional apprenticeship . "Quality" of the "efficiency" and school education system advantages was formed by a form of vocational education. It is beneficial to the development of the technology talents. M Infant normal school's preschool education alliance is based on the theory of modern apprenticeship of preschool teacher education practice mode.
