摘  要:十八大以来,职业教育工作呈现出新常态,特别是习近平总书记把我国现代职业教育体系概括为"中国特色职业教育体系"的重要指示,面对职业院校生源复杂、文化较差、素质不齐、培养过程职业性不强、普遍对传统文化了解不深,尤其对优秀传统文化知识欠缺的状况,职业院校应深入分析传统文化的教育现状,面对职业教育新常态的需求,重视传统文化的地位和作用,有针对性、实效性地抓好传统文化教育工作。在营造浓厚国学氛围、强化师资队伍建设、合理安排国学课堂、丰富传统文化活动、通过互联网微文化等方面探索优秀传统文化融入职业教育的新途径。Since the 18th CPC National Congress, vocational education work has shown the new normal, especially General Secretary Xi Jinping summarizes the modern vocational education system in our country as the important instructions of "vocational education system with Chinese characteristics". In the face of the situation that the source of vocational college students is complex; cultural quality of the students is poor, not the same; professional characteristic in the cultivation is not strong; generally their understanding on the traditional culture is not deep; especially they are lack of knowledge of excellent traditional culture, vocational colleges should deeply make analysis of the status quo of education of traditional culture, face the needs of new vocational education normal, pay attention to the position and function of traditional culture, and do a good job in the traditional culture education purposefully and effectively. To create a strong academic atmosphere, intensifying the building of the contingent of teachers, reasonablely arrange the Chinese ancient civilization class, rich the traditional cultural activities. Through the Internet micro culture, explore a new way of integrating the excellent traditional culture into vocational education.
