摘　　要：医学整合课程教学模式从20世纪50年代提出,经过60余年的发展和完善,已经成为了当今欧美医学教育和国内部分医学院校的主要教学模式,本文系统回顾了欧美国家整合课程的发展历程,亚洲国家和地区整合课程现状以及国内整合课程实施现状,分析了国内外高校及学者对整合课程实施效果展开评价的情况,建议从教师培训、组织保障和完善评价体系3个方面推进国内课程整合教学改革。Integrated Curriculum model has been more than 60 years. Now, the integration of curriculum has become the main mode of medical education in the world. This paper systematically reviews the development process of curriculum integration in the field of international medical education, analyzes the status of the integrated curriculum evaluation. This study suggests that in order to promote the integration of curriculum teaching reform, it should start from the following three aspects： teacher training, organization guarantee, establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation system.
