摘  要:随着互联网的普及和计算机技术在教育领域的应用,教育资源开放共享的理念已进入我们的教学体系,以形象直观、针对性强、即点即用、网络化见长的微课教学模式应运而生。文章对微课在普通生物学教学中的必要性进行了阐述,最后结合普通生物学教学中的案例介绍了微课的制作思路与方法,并对这种教学模式的学习效果进行了评估,实践表明:微课教学极大地调动了学生的积极性,促进了师生互动。With the popularization of internet and the application of computer technology in the field of education, the concept of open education resources sharing has entered our teaching system. Micro-lecture teaching, a new model of network-based teaching, came in being in daily teaching because of its characteristics of various forms, visual image, simple and easy system, strong pertinence and immediacy. In this paper, we presented our thinking about the necessity of teaching model of micro-lecture of general biology under the new situation. In the end, combining teaching case of general biology, we introduced the idea and method of how to make the micro-lecture of general biology, and evaluated the effect of this teaching mode. Practice shows: the teaching of micro-lecture teaching greatly aroused the enthusiasm of the students, and promoted the interaction between teachers and students.
