摘　　要：文章介绍了江西应用技术职业学院应用化工技术专业基于工作过程系统化导向的人才培养模式的改革探索情况。主要就基于工作过程系统化导向的高职应用化工技术专业人才培养模式改革的专业调研和岗位分析、课程体系与人才培养模式的构建以及人才培养模式实施的效果等进行了阐述。The paper introduces the reform and practice of the personnel training pattern of applied chemical technology specialty in Jiangxi Vocational College of Applied Technology based on the work process systematization, which mainly elaborates the specialty investigation, the job analysis, the construction of curricular system, and the implement effect of the personnel training pattern for the applied chemical technology specialty.
