摘　　要：湖北中医药大学自2003年在中医专业推行本科生导师制以来,取得师生们的广泛认同。在总结和借鉴兄弟院系实践经验的基础上,学校临床医学院于2014年正式启动"中西医临床专业"酬高年级本科生导师制的实施工作,本文就导师制实施目的、师生双方的选择及规划等方面进行探讨。Since tutorial system was put into force among undergraduate students majoring in specialty of Chinese medicine in 2003, it had been attracted extensive approval from teachers and students in Hubei University of Chinese Medicine. Based on experi-ence from other departments, clinical medical college of this university had also carried out the tutorial system among the undergraduate students in specialty of clinical Chinese medicine integrated with Western medicine in 2014. Here and now, the objective of the tutorial system, selection patterns of the teachers and students, and programming and the like were explored.
