摘  要:目的:探讨综合教学管理方式在手术室中等护理毕业实习生中的应用效果。方法:选择2011年7月-2012年6月在我科实习的88名中等护理教育毕业实习生作为对照组,实施传统教学管理方式;选择2012年7月-2013年6月在我科实习的中等护理教育毕业实习生88名作为试验组,实施综合教学管理方式。比较两组护生职业暴露发生率、实习自我感觉、专业知识掌握情况以及对临床护理教学工作满意程度。结果:试验组实习生自信、有成就感优于对照组(P〈0.05),手术室专业知识与技能考核成绩高于对照组(P〈0.05),职业暴露发生率低于对照组(P〈0.05),对临床护理教学工作满意程度高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:采取综合教学管理方式可提高手术室中等护理毕业实习生的自信心、成就感和对临床护理教学工作满意度,降低职业暴露发生率,提高手术室整体教学质量及实习生综合素质。Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive teaching management mode for secondary nursing graduate trainee in operation room. Meth-ods:From July 2011 to June 2012 at the graduation internship 88 secondary nursing students as the control group,implemented the traditional teaching man-agement mode. From July 2012 to June 2013 in the secondary nursing education with 88 students as experimental group,while they received comprehensive teaching management mode. Compared two groups of nursing students occupation exposure rate,practice self feeling,professional knowledge and job satisfac-tion of clinical nursing teaching. Results:The intern experimental group practice more enjoyable,confidence,a sense of achievement,to better grasp the oper-ation room,professional knowledge and skills,occupation exposure decreased the incidence of clinical nursing teaching,job satisfaction rate was increased. Compared with control group has statistical sense (P〈0. 05). Conclusion:Comprehensive teaching management could improve operation room secondary nursing graduate trainee self-confidence,personal asepsis consciousness and ability to work independently,improve the clinical nursing teaching job satis-faction,reduce the occupation exposure rate,improve the overall quality of teaching and intern operation room comprehensive quality.
