摘　　要：当今社会是信息化的社会,信息技术已被广泛应用于包括教育在内的各个领域。而决定信息技术教育应用和发展的关键就是信息技术价值观的确立,它影响着信息技术与教育的关系。正确的信息技术价值观不但能促进信息技术的发展,而且还是丰富教育教学活动的重要方式和手段,能有效促进教学质量的提高;如果信息技术价值观失衡,将严重阻碍教学效率和学习效率的提高,甚至会产生严重的信息技术泛化和异化现象。It is well known that the information technology has been widely used in the society and is becoming an important means in promoting education information. How to form the correct value of information technology is the key to carry forward the application of information technology in education. The correct value of information technology not only can facilitate the development of information technology and teaching effect, but also can enrich education activities. When the value of information technology is imbalance, it will seriously impact the efficiency of teaching and learning, and even produce the phenomenon of information technology generalization and alienation.
