基于企业动力前提下的连锁经营管理专业校企合作模式研究——以温州科技职业学院为例

摘　　要：本文对高职院校连锁经营管理专业开展校企合作的模式进行研究，学院在校企合作中应重视激发企业的合作动力，分析企业合作动力来源，通过多种渠道建立合作关系，针对不同类型的企业建立符合其需求的合作模式。指出在连锁专业建设中应明确专业发展方向，形成自身优势，选择合适的企业开展校企合作，加强对学生的职业素养教育，增加校企合作中的企业收益，从而增强企业参与校企合作的动力。College-enterprise cooperation model is studied for the major of chain operation management invocational colleges. The colleges should pay attention to stimulate enterprises＇ cooperation motivation, analyze thesources, establish cooperation relations through various channels, establish cooperation model in their approachaccording to different types of enterprises. This paper points out colleges should determine the developmentdirection of specialty construction, forming its own advantage, choose the appropriate enterprise to carry out thecooperation, strengthen the professional quality education of students, increase the corporate earnings in cooperation,enhance the motivation of enterprises participate in cooperation with colleges.
