摘　　要：实践教学是高职教育的重要组成部分，加强实践教学是提高高职毕业生就业能力的关键。坚持以学生为本的原则，在人才培养过程中，积极利用校企合作和教研结合双轮驱动，在构建实践教学环节及教学实践过程中，训（单项实训、仿真实训、教学综合实训、岗位方向性实训）研（教科研）创（创新、创作、创社）一体化，以此提升专业技能，进而培养大批复合型、创新型、发展型的高级技术技能人才。Practice teaching is an important part of higher vocational education. Strengthening the practiceteaching is the key to improve the employability of higher vocational graduation. In the process of personneltraining, adhere to the principle of students, combined with the active use of school and company cooperation,together with teaching and scientific research, training （ individual training, simulation training, teaching compre-hensive training and job training）, research （teaching, science and research）, innovation （creation, innovation andintegration） are add to enhance the professional skills,innovation, development of senior technical talents.in order to cultivate a large number of composite type,
