摘　　要：观念决定态度,态度决定管理水平的高度。高职院校班级管理中引入7S管理模式并采取适当策略,能最大限度发挥高职院校班级管理中企业管理模式的效能,不断提升高职院校班级管理水平,培养学生综合素养,促进学生早日适应企业及社会。Attitude is the source of our concept which affects the management level. Introducing 7S class management mode into higher vocational colleges and adopting proper strategies can maximize the efficiency of enterprise management mode in the class management of vocational colleges, continuously improve the class management level, cultivate the students comprehensive qualities, and help the students to be adapted to the enterprises and the society.
