摘　　要：在世界范围内师范教育向教师教育迈进的大势中,地方师范院校及其教师教育同样地面临转型与适应的双重任务,由此在其外部环境、内部治理以及内外部关系处理等方面生发诸多困境。相应地,地方师范院校借助主动适应教师教育一体化的先成之例,梳理、归整内外部之间的依存与互促关系,在职前职后一体化的系统设计中实现突围。While noel education is transforming into teacher education worldwide, local normal universities and teacher education also face the dual task of transition and adaptation, which results in a lot of predicaments in their external environment, internal governance, germinal difficulties as well as the relationship between internal and external treatment, etc. Accordingly, with the aid of the initiative to adapt to the integration of teacher education as the example, they carefully study the interdependence and mutual promoting relationship between the internal and the external, making a, breakthrough in the design of the pre-service and post-service integration system.
