摘　　要：开放大学是以提供远程教育为主的新型大学,其教与学时空分离的知识传递模式,使开放大学的质量管理和控制呈现出自身的复杂特点。同时越来越多的学习者选择了远程学习作为自己终身学习的方式,他们对教育质量提出了更高的要求。如何保证开放大学的教育质量,成为大家一直关注的问题。本文就从影响开放大学教育质量的重要因素出发,对教师、学习者、教学资源、学习支持服务等因素进行深入分析并提出可行方案,希望能对开放大学教育质量的提升有所帮助。Open University is to provide remote education is given priority to the new university, the space-time separation of teaching and learning of the knowledge transfer mode, quality management and control of the Open University brings out the complex characteristics of its own.At the same time more and more learners choose the distance learning as a lifelong learning, they put forward higher request for education quality.How to ensure the quality of education of the Open University, become we have attention problems.This article embarks from the im-portant factors affecting the quality of the Open University education, the teachers, learners and teaching resources, learning support services such as factor analysis and put forward feasible solutions, hoping to be helpful to the Open University education quality of ascension.
