美国社区学院与中国高职教育的比较研究

摘　　要：经过发展与完善,职业教育发展水平较高的美国社区学院基本做到了教育社会化和社会教育化的辩证统一,承担了美国高等教育大众化的主要任务,也成为美国终身学习体系的平台.在政府重视、教师队伍建设以及民众参与程度等方面中国高职教育与美国社区学院教育有一定差别,建议中国高职教育借鉴美国社区学院经验,让高职教育、成人教育及教育服务形成合力,促进高等职业教育的发展.With the development and improvement, the American community college has basically a- chieved the dialectical unification between socialization of education and educationalization of society in high vocational education level. The American community college is responsible for the main task of the popular- ization of higher education in the United States as well as becoming a lifelong learning system platform. But there are some differences in the aspects of government ＇s attention, construction of teaching staff and pub- lic participation between China＇s higher vocational education and American community college education.
