摘　　要：韩国是一个农业国,受地理位置、环境气候的影响,各个区域形成了自身特有的传统美食和饮食习惯。从韩国喜食的调料、乡土料理及饮食礼节、饮食禁忌几个方面,剖析韩国的传统饮食习惯及禁忌,可粗略地了解韩国的饮食文化。Korea is an agricultural country. The impact of eographical location, environment and climate gives birth to the peculiar traditional foods and catering customs in all parts of Korea. The analysis of Korean traditional catering customs and taboos from the perspectives of their favorite seasoning, native cuisine, catering etiquettes and diet taboos can give us rough knowledge of Korean traditional catering culture.
